The Founder

Mady Elvinger-Werner

Mady is a Luxembourg native with a background in ballet and a Master’s degree in international law. After practicing as a lawyer from 2010 to 2024, she reconnected with her passion for movement through figure skating, sharing this experience with her three daughters on the natural ice rink of Saas-Fee.

In January 2024, she organized a skating gala that welcomed over 500 visitors, an event that inspired the creation of ICE PEARL. Initially conceived as a sports event company, ICE PEARL quickly expanded to include art exhibitions, book publishing—its first release being Wunder der Berge—and future projects such as a dance studio and a sportswear collection.

Inspired by dance and figure skating, ICE PEARL embodies a vision of modern femininity, blending athleticism and entrepreneurship.
